Fist Help

I've read almost all fist threads on this forum, but i still cant decide which one is better.

Should i go low str, focus all on agi to create a high crit, light armour fist?

can they kill anything other than Mages?

OR

Should i go heavy armour and maybe kill BM's?

I cant decide which one i should go for.
Im all for pvp, but i know people say fist aren't for pvp, but hey, worth a shot
