Fake Bidding

This should not be tolerated.

The leader of Nefarious was banned before. As well as the person in Nef who used Soviet to try and block Regicide from bidding. At least Soviet was a bit legit compared to that LunarSky facton.

What should be done to the leader of Legendary? As well as the fake bidder?
