Weapon: lvl 20 Stash vs FB19

So we clerics get a wand from FB19 and a sword from the level 20 supply stash.

Which is better? b:question

The sword has .5 higher magic attack, +10 with it's addon, and +45hp.
The wand though gives +18 max magic attack (effectively a +9 on average, I guess?) which is still lower, but also MP +60 and Magic +4 or +5.

Is the wand hands-down better? I'm a hybrid build, following min str guidelines, roughly 8 mag 1 vit 1 str.

    I think the Sword is better. The fact that it gives +1 Attack correct? = More damage when it actually hits mobs.

    Voted for FB19 Weapon...

    U are LA Build? So i would say u should try to get the missing Mag points from Eq. b:faint

    Nah, I'm a hybrid, in arcane robes. Min str, and occasional vit. Planning to stop with vit when it's 50-60 or so.

    wand offers less magic attack and mp.

    sword offers more magic attack and hp.

    Wand because it's cheaper to shard and when sharded does more damage

    So the wand with two Common Sapphire Shards (+12 mag atk each) will be better than the sword with one Common Sapphire Shard (+12 mag atk)? Hm, so I should hang onto my sharded sword until I find two shards?

    The level 50 stash weapon gives +1 attack, which only works PvP..

    Your heals depend on base damage, that which goes to wand.

    Definitely wand.

    FB 19... has higher overall DPS and 2 sockets (+Max Mag Atk and +Mag!)

    Stash 20... has lower overall DPS and 1 socket.. (+Mag Atk only)

    If your stupid, you should totally pick the Stash 20 weapon.

    I managed (finally) to get the wand sharded with two common Sapphires.

    The wand is indeed much superior to the sword, when both are sharded as much as possible.
