Cash Shop Clothes Colors

I have read through multiple dye/pigment guides but I wanted to find out one thing for sure:

Do clothes bought from the Cash Shop come in the form of an actual Dye/Pigment Color or is it completely random (as in it can come in the form of one of the trillion shades of colors like if it was dyed from a random pigment)?

I collect a lot of fashion so I like most colors, but I would not buy from cash shop unless the cash shop clothes come in the form of actual Dyes/Pigments.

    Unless specified, yeah, the colors they come in are random.

    I believe the random pigment dying is just selecting one of the existing color dyes. So if there's only 50 colors available, random dying can only be 50 different colors.

    And clothes from the cash shop comes in a random color preset. It does not give you pigments.

    Random and fixed pigments are using different color codes, random ones obviously having more variety than the fixed presets. In other words, you can never get the exact same color that comes with a fixed dye when using random pigments. All clothes from the cash shop come dyed with a random pigment, and are never the color that can be gotten by using a fixed colored dye, even if they happen to look remarkably the same.
