Do items break when upgrading?

    What do you mean by upgrading?

    If you mean by imbuing soul gems then no they do not break, you go to the requisite blacksmith/tailor etc and choose imbue soulgem,

    They keep their durability and are inbued with the gems.

    If you're not talking about this then my apologies lol

    Sounds like you came from flyff where an item would break when you tried to upgrade it.

    Here that does not happen. The worst you get is that you lose every + the item had. If your item is +3 and the +4 upgrade fails you just end up with a +0 item again.

    In this game though you can use Dragon Orbs that give a 100% refine rate.

    yeah they had that in Trickster too, you could try to upgrade but there was a risk of ruining the item.

    Actually yes I came from flyffPH and also I came from Rohan BFI.
    So upgrading or +ing ur items here in PW just makes ur hi+ into +0s...
