Can you please state out what actions officially count as a bannable griefing and what are not?

    If you have any questions about a specific incident that you would like clarification about please send a ticket to customer support. This is unfortunately a bit of a complicated topic and an explanation that encompasses every possible occurrence would be impossible to write in a single post.

    So GM are too lazy to type, and let the whole work end up at customer support.


    But no fear eatwithspoons, we are Patient :) US The Customers of the game u maintaince. So, u can start now :D Write us as many Forum Postings as u wish, until we understand the topic starters subject :)


    On the other side, its not just HIM who wants an answer. its us all.
    And i bet ur spoon Safe :D the customer support wont for sure answer each single subjected ticket about this topic.

    GMs cannot publically answer that question because then it defines a line that players can stand on and claim they are within the rules while they pester, annoy, and bother other players to no end.

    GMs work in customer support answering tickets. That's why they tell you to send a ticket: so they can help you.

    ^^^ All that needs to be said. People fail to realize that the GM's are "monitors," that does not mean however that they are at everyone's beck and call.

    I mean look at WC, people think that they are the only ones with issues while in-game and then get all irritated when it has been 30 seconds and there has not been a response. I have filed a few tickets within the time I have been playing, and I can assure you with patience they will get an answer for you. It may not be 100% but what you were looking for or wanted, but the compromise (at least in my cases) was acceptable.

    *sigh* People today just need to learn a little patience and realize that they are not the only ones in PWI that may have an issue at any particular point.

    Besides, the TOS has a lot of gray areas and so-called events need to all be looked at and evaluated on an individual basis. Someone needs to get over themselves.
