Yeah, I know there's probably one around somewhere. However when I searched it up I only saw veno/barb debates and a lot of flames flying. So I'm hoping for a better discussion and maybe on a wider range.

Okay, so in real life I'm an 18 year old male in college. I'm straight, but I don't really care for what others choose to do with their lives, just don't fall too hard for me boys b:chuckle I spend most of my time sleeping and avoiding that paper that's due next week. Typical average guy right?

I've been playing perfect world for a month now as a stress reliever, but not really really actively with a lot of things going on in real life. I've been trying to explore classes and see what I enjoy playing so all my character slots are filled. I've got 5 female characters and 3 males. 2 female characters are forced because they're venomancers, so it's a nearly even count.

During my time as playing as a veno (my favorite class because of the pet system) I've been hit on a very few times. No big deal really, probably just a tween going through puberty. So I nicely say "I'm a guy, but if you're still interested... ;D". Why would I say something like that? I'm not ****, it's just that most guys I'm around just like to fool around. I mean a lot of people of both genders do it just to make conservatives feel a bit uncomfortable.

There's usually 2 responses to this. First response is they play along and we have a fun chat and maybe hang out or something. However 2nd response is that the guy freaks out and starts going all macho on me and starts spamming silly questions like "wth is wrong with you nub?", "real men play man characters", "zomg you're ****".

I'd give an example of a girl, but the only offensive things (small things like "pervert" some small like that) I've heard were on the forums. Because ingame, the girls seem to not really ask about these things. Maybe because they have no real reason to know, unless the character in question is apparently obvious because "they have large oversized breast" although in all honesty I don't find unnatural sized breast attractive. I actually find them disturbing and same with excessive cleavage. I've actually met a few girls players that have characters with larger than average breast.

So my main question is why the hate?

I mean the reason I have a few female characters is because....

1: I'm lazy, I sometimes have my friend (male) just carry me when we do quest together. Not ****, I just use people when they offer and he's a nice guy.

2: The female characters are cute. Not sexually attractive, just simply cute like a bunch of little kids playing on the playground. Also I don't know how to make a guy look decent. Seriously, we guys are kinda blind to this stuff. I however know what I think looks cute on a girl.

3: The clothing for guys is kinda lame. Most of them are like dark punk or emo looking. I'm not really into that scene.

4: Venomancers are fun and they has awesome ears.

As for the veno/barb thing, I'm kind of used to it. I used to play ragnarok online which has a gypsy/minstrel class and well they had good reasoning. In ragnarok having male gypsy dancers with hearts flying around him would have been odd. Majority of gypsy dancers are female and majority of minstrels are male. As for perfect world Fox demons are female seducing characters, why ruin someones culture and the theme of the game? Barbarians are a good enough compensation.

so my question for this is...

Why change something that makes sense?

    Lol. I got hit on by a bunch of guys too.b:chuckle They're just fooling around. Nothing serious. And they act like that after you say your a guy because they thought you were a girl and also they like to tease you. They probably have female chars too. Don't listen to what others say play however you want, it's your char.
    Also not every guy has a female char with big **** and not all girls have chars small ****. I'm a girl in real life and my veno has big **** because i thought she would look funny this way.b:cute And yes girl chars are way cuter than male chars (except for pandasb:cute).

    That was a point I was making. It's something a lot of female players say when they participate in discussions like this. So I just wanted to shoot that little bugger down.

    The way you said it it's ok, barbs would not look that cute seducing (maybe except for pandas kuro? xD).

    I'm a guy and i'm ok with the sex limitation in tame's race, maybe because i'm more into magic ones and humans and elves have no problem there. A friend of mine (a guy) has a veno, for this ovbious reason, he couldnt get a male summoner.

    The thing is that i had just got him into playing and because of this he didnt get into the game with the same excitement. I mean, everything in PW is great, but sometimes one wants to feel identified by his/her char, and this limitation is kind of a problem.

    Not by the sexual issue of seeing female chars palyed by guys, sometimes you see that even in humans and elves, everyone play the way they want, like you two said, females are way more cute than male, so if a guy wants to take his female char for a walk im ok with that.

    But the could make it optional, if they could program this AWESOME game they can find the way to make barbs look good while summoning and performing skills, they shoul be able to do that, as well as making venos look good at tanking. I know i would find beautiful seeing a girl holding up for me, i reminds me of that girls we all know that can take everything you throw at them, and now i got to my point. We men should not be the only ones to stand face against problem, and if you look at it from another angle, i would be glad to heal a lady in problems b:victory.

    A female barb? And a male veno... Then they will have to add in a sex change choice for all the guys playing as female venos who don't want to start over. Then they'll have to add in something for the female venos, cus someone is bound to complain. And for the guys, it all comes down to the question, "Do you want to stare at a guy's or girl's a$$ while questing and grinding?" b:chuckle Not that I'm saying there is anything wrong with guys choosing the first optionb:surrender

    And barbs have ears, too... Us venos just have cute tails XD

    The majority of PWI is full of "smart" and "intelligent" people that just act like complete idiots and total dumb-asses 99.99% of the time. b:chuckle...

    I'll try to resume for those who are too lazy to tead the first posts.

    We are disscussing (and giving reasons) to the old topic that affects PW that is if it is necessary or not to make it able to create male venos and female barbs.

    That's kinda the whole thing, if you are going to contribute to the discussion please try to stablish a point. b:victory
