    Did you level any of your spells ever? I'm at -9% 27 levels below you. I notice the difference and if you did some basic math even if the channel was 3 sec 3*.8=2.4. Now you have a 2.4 channel time your cast time is still the same. So your argument of it's still in cooldown isn't really valid. There may be some spells like Glacial Snare that will always be in cooldown, but that's why they are openers.

    who ever said i sit around in hh casting bb? just because i can survive, unlike some scrubs, doesn't mean that's all i do. newb.

    What Moog meant was that going for the best dps (Gush/Pyrogram repeat), with -channeling won't make much of a difference because of cooldown.
    You can complete your spells faster, but you still have the same cooldown to wait in between spells, which channeling doesn't help at all.

    But of course, if you factor other spells into a set, then thats a different story.
