LA or arcane

Depends on your play style.

If you like high damage and staying mostly out of direct damage go Arcane.
If you like to be more hands on, and get some blood on your armor, go LA.

There is no "best" build. LA offers you a bit more physical defend at the cost of damage, lower pet healing and magic defense.

Arcane sacrifices physical resistances in order to deal high magic damage and have high magic resists. However you can somewhat compensate for lower physical defense by wearing physical defense necklaces and belts when needed. It is also easier to add vita to this build if you want, while your points are very tight on a LA build and most likely you will not have any extra points to put into vita.

So it really comes down to how do you want to play the character.

I think it depends on what you want to do. My veno is more pve based so i became arcane veno so i can spam heal my pets in hh. If you want to be able to survive in pvp better i would say go LA. Because it has more phys res than arcane. But then you could always add p-res shards or hp shards to your arcane armor and refine and stuff. Soo its up to you.
