Contacting GM/Submitting Ticket

Can someone who has successfully submitted a ticket to PWI and gotten a response please tell me how long it took them to receive a response? I know they probably get lots of tickets so I would just like to know how long I should expect to wait.

It depends on when you submit a ticket and the contents of the ticket. For example, if you submit a ticket on friday night, you will probably receive response on tuesday. The GMs/ticketing people are pretty fast at responding to tickets.
Time of response varies. I've submitted one and received response in 1-2day work days, and once in 3-4 work days.I was early taught to work as well as play,

Depends on what the issue is.
I would say 1-3 days depending on there work load, amount of tickets and the severity of the issue at hand.
Be patient. It is hard and believe me I know!! b:surrender

Let's go for a happy medium and say 2-4 days, unless otherwise specified by any autoresponse message received after submitting your ticket. I wouldn't get your hopes up for a response within a day, some users tend to get impatient and start spamming the forum even a few hours after submitting the ticket.
The main thing to consider is the sheer volume of users that we support, this coupled with our emphasis on being very thorough with our replies may lead to slightly longer response times. This is all dependent on how many e-mails we are receiving on any given day.

youd be surprised how many of these kids think -their problem- is the only problem in the world. theyll be like OMG GM I BROKE A NAIL, COME SAVE ME.... and some of their questions and requests are nooby lol... its kinda sad.

thanks eatwithspoons and everyone else. i went ahead and posted a forum thread on the topic. if nothing else hopefully it will help other ppl avoid making the same mistake as i did...0

when u submit a ticket, are u supposed to get one of those "Thank you for submitting a ticket, we will respond as soon as we can" type auto-confirmation emails? seems like most places send those out and i haven't gotten one- wondering if i got it in correctly or not...0
