What are items like ragged fur and rough fur, that seem meaningless thus far, for? I'm sure there is a use. I just can't figure out what it is and where I go to do it. Please let me know.
It's too bad but "free to play, pay to win"-sckye

These "updates" are seeming more and more like downgrades.

Ragged fur is useless. It is not a crafting material and is not involved in DQ. Just sell it. It's in the category of useless like limestone or buddah hands.

Rough fur is *very* useful; it is a crafting material. If you plan on leveling your blacksmith, hold tight to every piece you find. Otherwise, sell it to other players. They pay pretty well for it. Check lagshops for an idea on what you can gouge people for.

I have a strange fixation with Lime Stones. >_> If I see one of them that isn't picked up, I will go over and pick it up. My friends once made a small trail of lime stones and laughed at me for picking them all up. b:sad

Limestones are the newbies friend. They can give you so much money in the starting zones with all the beetles.
Its basically impossible to get rough fur at lvl 35,40+ unless you buy it.
Thats why its pretty expensive, because only low levels can get rough fur.

I'm glad I never saw this post....
I still get rough furs pretty easley. It's just a matter of knowing what mobs to hit. Just don't expect me to tell you were I do this or the place will be swarmed by fur hunters 24/7 b:shutup
