I don't know if this is the right section for this but I noticed a Faction friend of mine was using the above and I thought it would be nice if I crafted a TT arbour for her as a surprise. Before I craft it I just wanted to check the stats on the generals sword first, does anyone know what they are?

This is the sword from the lev 50 supply stash.

I found nothing in 20 mins of searching on Google.
