best places to PK on dreamweaver PvE?

It seems like I cant find anyone in PK mode on this server... where is the best place to PK on dreamweaver PvE ?

    if you had wanted to PK, you should have gone to Lost City or Harshlands....PvE servers are where people go to get away from PvP....

    There are some high levels running around in PK mode all the time. Go to west arch and start challenging people. I'm sure you will find someone.

    Anyways there are occasional PK fest popping up so watch out for them in world chat. Just a few days ago, there was a PK fest in either Etherblade or City of the Lost..
    Believe, level 2 Dreamweaver faction recruiting all classes. PM me in-game or drop me a message for more info!

    No, you go to LC or Harshlands to get ambushed or potentially get ambushed 24/7.

    I keep finding them in the Secret Passage... A few times I've gone there to help out with a FB29 and there have been a bunch of people fighting in there
