bug problem

i am not the only one having this problem. every time i set up my shop it stays up for 2 hours and then crashes. i have sent the bug reports and got no responce to them. this is getting very annoying. i have even tryed a fresh install of the game and it is still doing it. i would like to be able to keep my shop up all night with out crashes. please fix this problem so i can have money to buy the armor i need. b:cry

    I am continueing to post bug report with no responce from the perfect world team, this is getting me really upset that or time and energy has not been noticed or responded to!b:angryb:cry

    there are many causes of this.
    . bandwith. (your internet connection)
    . your computer (may not be able to take the huge load of data in arch)
    . the servers. (sure they just upgraded but you can expect it to be perfect asap)
    .Duels near you (just adds more to the huge data load in arch) think if it as adding a feather to a pile of oddly balanced junk. as soon as that feather hits. its all going down.

    about the staff.
    did you ever think. just maybe.. that they are human?
    they have to deal with thousands of people submitting a ticket every day some people submit more then1 a day as well. its not like they are ignoring you. your just REALLY high on the que list. (think of it as them serving number 76. and your number is 658425

    please be patient. im sure if they received a little more praise then **** they might do a better job in return

    I have the same problem, my brother and many many many many... many people too. This bug has many weeks of life, PWI is not doing anything... It is the worse bug of PWI and they don't repair...

    it is not my computer. this problem is on PWI end not mine i did everything i can think of on my end. if it was my pc then y is alot of other ppl having the same problem. it is just not me only.

    iam kinda having a problem now...evrytime i login i need to create a new character while i already had one
    in some kind of way my characters wont be saved and i dont know how to do that either...help?

    ps:i rly feel stupid now but whatever...

    If you minimize the game overnight it should prevent it from crashing.
