FB 19 Special Bonus Flower?

I've heard that, when doing one of the spiritual cultivation quests for lvl 19, that there is a special flower that is only available during this time and that they are in certain locations. If this is true, can someone tell me where I might be able to find these flowers?b:thanks

    That flower is actually a celestial sprite, which you need to finish a part of the cultivation quest.

    You need to find this white flower and mine it in order to bring the sprite back to the Taoist <Name>
