Erro at launch

Recently i obtent this error and i reinstalled the game 3 times and verify all files and all is correct but when i press the start button this error appear i try reinstalling direct x and the same, can any help for try to resolve????


Note: i have no external video card i have a integrated video is a intel 82945G and previously the game run prefect .... but a few days teh error appear

    I'm going to need some more information from you. Go to Start, click on Run (or Search if using Vista), and type in dxdiag and press enter.

    Click on the Display tab, and then post here everything in the Device and Drivers boxes:

    What does it say when you click Probar DirectDraw?

    its the test for direct draw in these moments i make the test and the result is that i have no problems, all its allright

    Hm, and yet for some reason DirectDraw appears to be disabled, which is likely what's causing the problem, and the button to enable it isn't active. Can you try updating your video drivers?

    the problem was with winvnc hook driver beacuse im using winvnc, just unistall the driver and work
