At this time I can only think that Rainbow Blessing (cleric only genie skill) has a crit increase that is linked to your base crit%. I cant even find a LA cleric on Dreamweaver who can test this. So 2 out of the 4 skills that MIGHT work are useless to 99.9% of clerics. Please at least make the crit increase by a fixed amount and maybe cut the physical attack increase and add...Mp cost reduction...Mp gain..something that a cleric can acutally use.

At this point our cleric only skill is a total Fail.

    It seems to me that this is a support skill rather than a pvp / solo grinding one, and not a useful one indeed (buff lasts too short and it may not work at all haha). I think genie should get another Cleric only pvp / solo grinding oriented skill.

    Genie is not meant to be a sole means of performing anything. It is meant to be a nice little tool that offers some occasional use.

    But, indeed, having it work more, last longer, or just work on the whole party would make it much more useful, and offset the costs a bit more.
