OK, So I found the original post in the beginner's guide section and apparently the guy's post was taken down because they thought he was a spammer, but you should in that case look a gift horse in the mouth. IT has 75 people max and it actually looks pretty legitimate. They have channels for the servers as well as public channels for chatting, overall very legitimate and worth a try.

I've only seen a few games with this sort of player dedication to the game. It is worth noting though that at the moment it is pretty empty, but that should change because it is dedicated solely to PWI , not WoW on the side, or some other game.

    Dont mind the Predators circling outside in the air.... Go ahead and log to that server...
