bug in free fairy leve?

is the fairy given free from the watcher of the earth suppose to level up? or do i have to return it back to the npc?

if the fairy is suppose to level then did my fairy get bugged?
if i have to return the fairy back to the npc, what level is it going to occur?

    You have to level it using your Spirit or your own Exp.

    u must be lvl 2 to get it to lvl 2

    and never ever give it your exp, just give it spirit >_>

    You may want to give it experience when you are low in level. In the 20's through 50's getting all your skills is impossible and some players may find it more rewarding to intentionally slow down their leveling rate during those levels so they can get more skills sooner. Spending spirit during the first 60 or so levels would make the problem even worse.

    You are correct though that if your only goal is to get to the max level as quickly as possible then you never want to part with experience.

    so i am there, playing with the genie as a help to kill high lvl npc, when i notice it stopped letting me use the genie, and it says "low level hp" and the skills no longer work, wats up with that?

    It probably ran out of stamina. Feed it some chi stones to replenish its stamina bar.

    Genie skills use up the Genies Stamina, and to recharge their Stamina bar you have to use YiYuan stones to do so. You do this in the same manner as recharging your flying mount, and the amount of Stamina returned to the Genie is dependent on the level of YiYuan stone used, the higher level stone, the more stamina returned.

    Your genie simply ran out of Stamina.

    Decompose equipment at the blacksmith. The higher level equipment you want to decompose, the higher levels of tailoring/blacksmithing you will need.

    Or just check catshops or the auctionhouse.
