(either for coins or boutique items covered by the bonus amount)

There is really no point to do that since every single item in boutique can be sold/traded ingame.

I highly doubt selling the coupon codes are allowed.

Maybe you can convert the gold to coins instead since coins are a generic in-game currency.

Well honestly, it would not even work anyways. The coupons are account-specific and bound to those accounts that were given the coupon. They cannot be used on a different account because of that reason. Also, making a monetary gain on our intellectual property is a direct violation of the Terms of Service so if you were to sell anything given to you by Perfect World Entertainment for a real-money gain, you would lose all access to our community permanently.
