Full Screen mode isn't full..

Not too long ago my screen began having a black border around it where it doesn't recognize my mouse in the game. My screen is 1440 x 880 and there isn't a setting for that resolution, but it was working before. I dont know if it's something to do with my computer or if it's my settings. If it helps, i use VMware Fusion for my macbook pro and i run windows XP Pro on it. help me please?

    problem solved, went to in game system settings and found the resolution i wanted to use.
