Mount Question

I just got a Silka Reindeer and the (lvl 60->20) spurs from the boutique. They're both in my inventory. Now what? I tried going to the pet manager the "hatch" it, but it's not an egg. Thank you for any support.

Yes, it's not an "egg" its a picture of the mount.
Hatch it anyway.

I tried "hatch egg" at the pet manager, didn't work though. I'm going to try hotkeying the mount and just calling it. Any other suggestions?

Hmmm. That is really strange.

The way the mount thing works is you get a "Mount egg" that doenst look like a regular pet egg (veno pet egg). but looks like the picture of the mount.
The way that you hatch it is by taking it to a pet person and selecting "hatch pet egg" or something close to that.

Now, as with any pet (for venos) you can't hatch, say a, lvl 60 kowlin pet egg at level 30. you need to be either higher or same level as the kowlin (lvl 60) to hatch it. Same applies to mount eggs.

Something tells me that the pet is higher level than you are, and that's why you are unable to hatch it...
OR here might be the issue.
Having a mount requires 1 slot in the pet bag free, check if you have any slots free. Every class starts off with 1 pet bag slot, venos can get up to 3 slots by completing some side quests to get them. If you are not a veno, and have either a) an all class pet or b) already have 1 mount, and have not upgraded your pet bag, this might be the reason why.

Check your pet bag, and level...
These are about the only things I can think of that are possibly wrong with it.
