help!!! i think my character is permanately stuck

heres what happened

i was leveling up my venomancer (vixiechick) in desert of echoes, i then walked into a place near an island which said held by immortal, i took a couple of steps in then it crashed, i went back on but it froze as soon as the picture loaded *my genie stat thing was all messed up* and i tried 5 more times *same result b:sad * after this i played with my barbarian (pandiger) for 10 minutes, i returned to vixiechick and tried to play as her again *no change* now im in the forums asking for help. can anyone help me? b:sad

    If you Haven't already, you should try the "Town Portal", it'll teleport you out of there to the nearest city by you.
