Unable to level Up Genie

I have recently bought a Genie from another player and am unable to level it up. something will not allow me to switch from the EXP item infusion to the spirit or player EXP infusion option. what can i do? The one that is messed up is the Longevity Genie not the Zeal Genie in my inventory. Also the genie I bought was a one from the Watcher of Earth, i guess it was the other player's. I an on the Sanctuary Server by the way.

PS: Am i screwed?b:sad or can an admin fix the problem?

    Your genie is TRADE-READY. You need to switch it to NO-TRADE if you want to infuse it with your XP or SP.
