Level 22+ Water Monsters

I used Robsoft database and it says there are Undines level 26 to 29 but it gives no coords. So are there water monsters higher than the level 21 tortoises but lower than level 30?

    In the southern part of lake of the plume there are some pritty high level mobs. What I remember (pritty far away now:P) they are round level 40

    You can find high level monsters in the Endless Sea (by the Widow's coast), as well. I think they're 30+, though.

    At the bottom of the waterfall near dreaming stronghold, 25~27 turtles and undines.

    since you are a veno I'd assume you would like to tame one of these monsters:

    Righteous Undine, lvl 26
    232 332; and 244 341;

    Saint's Lake Tortoise King, lvl 27
    232 332; and 244 341;
