Genie skill Frenzy or Relentless Courage?

Which one is more worth it? I'm not too sure what frenzy does. Right now I'm too scared to spend my affinity points. With 2 earth it could go either way. So which one is important to learn(or more).

    personally i would take relentless, the atk lvl boost really isnt that much unless the energy cost is low enough that u can do frenzy+extreme poison, and even then its a very risky move that can get u killed due to the massive reduction in ur defense
