skills after lvl89

uh yeah so after I complete lvl89 cultivation how do I actually learn the sage skills, I tried the skills npc and they showed nothing...anyone help?

    u need to get the sage skill books for the respective skills before u can learn them

    and only the skill trainer in heaven/hell map can actually teach it i believe (granted ofc you have the book in invetory+1mil spirit+1mil coins)

    I got the skill books, but when I click the book, it says "unable to use", is there anything other than finishing the devil illusion quest that I have to do before I can use it or a special npc that I have to talk to?
