time zones

its maintance time again,and i'm just lost,never knew there are so many time zones ,so when when they say servers will be back at 2 am PST time,it dosent mean much to meb:sad,it would be great if web site had listed time zones and what time is there,or even simpler just tell us in how much time servers will be back
