Hellish Bug

Kalepzo - Sanctuary

I recived this item after completing a quest near the Twillight Temple.
Its a picture of a bug of some sort, unclickable.

It says it has an affinity with the Twillight Temple.
Ive done TT60 and never used it on any quests inside the Temple.

For now it sits in bank.
Anyone know what I should do with this item besides stare at in wonder?

Kinda threw me off cause it wasnt in my quest bag, but in my inventory bag, so i kinda figured it was a prize of some sorts.
