Crit % on accessories

Just wondering what the highest crit% you can get on a crafted accessory is. The most I've seen so far is 2% so I'm wondering if you can go higher than that?

    2% according to pwdatabase.com.

    But there is the chance you get more than one Crit+% as a bonus, very rare though.

    2% is max as a single bonus, but you can get +1% and +2% crit at same time on a ring, but this is really really rare.
