Delay

Whenever I use a skill, buff, sit down, fly, or an action, it takes around 4 seconds to actually happen.

I've had it for 2 days and won't even let me quest, I would have been 40 by now but I can't do anything like this.

    Sounds like a connection issue. Have you had a look at this post to see if it helps you?
