Gem glow question

Hey everyone. I just made my HH90 legs and am about to get the 4 socketed. I want the same glow as my armor (4 g8 immaculate HP), but I don't have 4 g8 HP shards, I have 3 g8's and 1 g9. Does anyone know if this will give me the same graphic as 4 g8 shards? I assume it will, but I would rather not spend so much money to find out. Thanks!
