u said sumbit a ticket well ive sumbitted a bunch of tickets and nothing has ahppend infact there was some racial issues that happend and i sumbited a ticket and nothing happend if u can look at my history u can see ive sumbitted tickets before and nothing has changed so please really give me a better answer than ""sumbit a ticket".

    Racial slurs happen everywhere. Its a big problem yes, but sometimes you gotta deal with it in a more mature way. The angrier you get, the harder you've lost.

    no i will not move on and im tired of waiting. this game is really starting to work my nerves. and btw the world dose revolve around me the world works my way and no one esiles

    this game has thousand of complaints just like yours to file through. you cant expect yours to magically float to the top. give it time.

    lol time ive been waiting for over 3 and a half weeks tommrow makes 4 and im sick and tired of waiting. this game has soo many problems they should really do something about it. ive played other games before like this one but ive never had this many problems atleast on the other games when someone makes a racial slur then something is done about it unlike on here nothing is done about. i think they don't care about the players. they just want there money.

    So because they havent jumped all over your HUGE problem they are useless....i see. In case you havent noticed there have been some technical ingame issues to deal with such as memory leaks. Those complaints alone must take hours to sift through. They will be working on the MAJORITY and work their way down by priority i would imagine. New patches that bring bugs i would think be looked at first. Secondly, they work normal hours like everyone else, so they arent on call for YOU 24/7, and its memorial day weekend, maybe they would like a life too. Stop QQing over trivial nonsense, stop making useless threads and go level your character.

    Imminent flamewar thread closed. There isn't much you can do besides submit your ticket and wait patiently. There can be hundreds of people ahead of you in line to get support.

    Your ticket was received on 5/19/09 and replied to when reached in the queue the same day. We will never tell you of the conclusion of an investigation as to what punishment incurred or what our result was (as per policy, we do not tell the reporter of what happens to the reported). I am not even sure why you are upset, you were given a response.....
