Coupon question, GM response if possible

My friend has recently received a PWI zen coupon in the e-mail, however he cannot charge any zen, would it be against some regulation for someone else to charge it on their account? or can the coupon only be used on my friend's account because it was sent for him only?

    No, you can't do that... Coupon can only be used by the owner of the e-mail address or something...

    I have Spent a lot money on this game and I wonder if I can get any discount on future purchases? such as a Coupons. Plus, recently I called PWI Company's Frontdesk I wanna discuess about some business opportunities, and I left a message. still waiting for them to reply.
