    Wearing heavy+arcane is a stretch as magic attack will be lost because of point distribution. Its not as suited for clerics as it is for veno's because decent magic attack for support as well as DDing is quite important.

    The build I have using same level arcane and lower level heavy- which I found preferrable to going same level heavy. You can get ~ LA resistances without having to compromise on magic attack. Difficult to follow though so maybe not worth it.

    Of course everythings changed now with the new patch. If you start using G12 phys gems in your arcane armor- no need to even think about going heavy anymore. =_=
