So i was talking in vent to some friends earlier and i asked if anyone has ever killed a town guard. I know you can attack the ones outside of town, but yeah usually everyone gets one shot by them. So does anyone ever recall hearing about or seeing a guard get killed ?

    This should enlighten you on a guard http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/mob/3218 .....and no drops it seems either so stay clear if your red-named and don't rez red names that have died near guards or your toast as well. They killed me doing that and I was blue named. Mean mean mutha's

    Those guys hit as hard as HH bombs.
    I don't think its possible to kill em unless you're a GM.

    yeah i know they hit really hard and no drops but it would be cool to kill them anyway just to say that you could

    Few months ago, I passed by Lost City and apparently someone lured Suzerix to Lost City entrance. Never saw how he did it, but Suzerix's position is just nice that its' ranged magic attack can hit the guards. However only 1 guard runs up to hit Suzerix one time, and quickly runs back to its' position.

    Suzerix's HP drop to about 5% while the guard's HP drops to about 20%. Both HP recovers full instantly before another attack happens. From pwdb, guard's magic def is 0, so I guess it's possible to kill guard by luring 2nd magic ranged boss (i.e. Jewel).

    Many new players died from Suzerix's AoE as that was their starting area. Some clerics rezz them just to see them die again. It all ends when someone kills suzerix when he has only 5% HP.

    Just a recollection, don't know if it still works after so many patches and updates, but it is against TOS to lure bosses, so NOT advisable to try. No screenshot cos' at that time I didn't even know how to take SS. (n00b i know).

    yay another pointless thread, gaurds cannot be killed by anything or anyone. If you attack them or lure monsters onto them etc etc all that happens is "RESIST!"

    gaurds have IDDQD turned on :P

    I remember reading somewhere about guard npcs being able to be killed during an invasion event. They're probably not the same kind of guards though.
