Fastest Aerobeast

I have a few questions. I'm really confused about these Aerocrafts. So please answer if you know anything

1) Is the fastest Aerobeast +3 speed ignoring Accelerate?
2) What would be the cheapest way to get that kind of Aerobeast? Buying the 30 Gold one (with +2.5 speed) and upgrading it or buying the 5 Gold one (with +1 speed) and upgrading it with Wing Widgets or are there cheaper ways?
PS: I dunno if it would help but I can't spend real money on this game so I'll be using in-game coins to get cash shop stuff and I don't care about looks.
