aim low doesnt stun them?

when i used aim low against a mob.. it ssaid stun in description but those thing can still attack me with long range... does anyone know why this is so?

it said stun in the description but it doesnt even stun it... it only make them unable to move.. but they can still attack us.. anyone have a clue about this skill?

    thats just how the skill works =x its actually freeze not stun

    good in pvp against every class at max disb:laugh
    but mostly us on wbs/bms
