Shine Weapons or Armor

How i can to make shine my weapons or armor??? i inboue one pants with 2 stones that increment 25 of Hp each, and shine but im tryin with Chest and imboue 2 stones and no shine!!!! any knows why???

    As for weapons, certain ones glow cause they're special, like your fb19 weapon glows blue. Supply stash weapons glow blue, molds glow yellow and you get a weapon at lvl 60 that glows green.

    ok making small correction:
    Weapons:
    3* are blue
    Legendary/Unique are golden/dark orange
    Twilight Temple(Holy Hall) are green
    Lunar/Frost Cover are Green, possible gold(not confirmed)
    Deity are unknow ( haven't seen those on anyone yet b:laugh)
    Warsoul are dark orange? ( same story as Deity) b:laughb:laugh

    P.S blue can be even 100 as far as it answers to conditions mentioned before same goes for gold being under lvl 60 ( example Sword Order of Stars lvl 22 word but gold due to fact being Legendary) so lvl not affect color but it's unique status in game.
