Stat Reset System?

Ive been searching the forum for an hour or two...i may have missed it,or the system is just so obvious that im **** for not figuring it out. Been trying to figure out if i can reset my veno's stats...or am i just fubar'd?

    In order to Reset Stats of Char use Cash shop Item Reset Notes, no other way around. They could be found at Cash Shop (Alt+O) or by screming/seeing World Chat.
