Can anyone help with this please

I am having problems when playing, this appears even if i am playing which is bad when your in the middle of a FB, it kicks me out and this appears on the screen. I am running Vista 64 bit, with more than enough power in the pc to run the game without any problems. Please help:

Then load of info i don't understand any one else had this problem, if so can you help me please.
