Problem with Windowed mode and Dual Monitors

I use two monitors and I find myself clicking out of PWI to search for mob locations or mats required for certain things when I'm not near a crafter. The problem is that whenever I click out of the PWI window, it freezes. In order to see what's going on I have to click back into the window.

Is there a way to fix this? I've done this in many other MMOs and the game window wont freeze and continue to show me what's going on in game.

    I think the way that the game freezes the window so that not only does it help free up resources some, but also to help ward off shady activities to do things with the game players aren't suppose to b:victory
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
