Unable to get my Cubigold into the Game.

Hi all. I bought a cubicard from a shop, got the top up code, entered it over at cubizone.com and was successful. Then went on to purchase the ingots for my particular account in Delphi server.

But when I logged in to check, the gold is still nt displayed in the mall and thus shows zero.

Can anyone help tell if I missed some steps in the transfers or something? Have sent a ticket to cubizone.com with no response past 12 hrs now. Please help. Thanks.

    Delphi server is not for this version of the game. You have the MY-EN client. You'll have to ask them for support most likely.

    Hi, yes mine is the MY version but when I transferred the ingots, I had the option to choose Delphi under the server selection.

    These are the International version forums. Nobody here has anything to do with Delphi. Delphi is an MY-EN server.
