Gem Decomposition.

There are npcs that you can raise your gems by combining them. I would like to see gem decomposition into smaller gems. The higher level elemental gems arent worth much because people hardly ever use them. If we could decompose a Average shard into say 4 commons, then we could use them for cs and make them worth something.

    I like the idea, i give a thumbs up to it.
