White Genie Bugged?

hi.
i got my white genie today. nd my friend got the pink one ;o when her genie hitted lvl 59 it changed it's for a bit.
asu guys can see on etacomb the change their form 4 times.
nd yet my genie didnt change its form from lvl 1 to lvl 59 Dx though i should do it. ._.
is it bugged ~,~?

    Genies level depending on their "Lucky Points." Maybe hers got more Lucky points than yours and so hers is a better looking one?

    so i got 37/80 so there i like no chance to improve that kind of points o0?
    she got 44/60 <.<

    Seems like you got a green genie. If you hover over it in your inventory, the "Lucky Points" is in Green? That indicates the lowest amount of lucky points. Check this link for more info regarding Genies.
