guys can someone tell me the conditions of getting refunded, im using paypal lol and i dont know what happen that got me refunded

    Your payment was refunded because you have failed to provide the verification form back to Perfect World Entertainment in the time given to do so. This morning, there was a slight delay in the purchase process that cause verification to be delayed even longer. Instead of the 2 hour limit which is normal to respond, we allowed a few extra hours to cover that gap.

    On your next purchase attempt, please watch the inboxes for the emails used on the purchase and registered to this account for that verification email. That way your future attempts will not be refunded.
