Stuck on mission: Message Delivery

I can't seem to complete this mission, simple as it is.
I spoke to the Human elder, got the mission.
Teleported to Plume, and tried to talk to the Elves elder.
He just has a silver flag and "No quests available" message under the Quest option.
I went back to Etherblade but the elder there also has no quests available.
I have no quest items on me and plenty inventory open. I trashed the mission and retried but with the same result. I'm waisting 1000 coin each way and I'm running out.

Is it bugged or am I missing something blatently obvious?

    There you can find all the info about that quest and any before that. If that still doesn't help you please send a ticket to Customer Support.

    Thanks, looks like a bug. Ticket logged.

    From all the quest guides and read-ups it looks like I'm supposed to get the quest item, a letter, from the human elder. But my quest items remain empty after accepting the quest even after trashing and retrying.
    Guess the elder ran out of ink. He should start a mission for that. b:laugh

    mmm. Messenger Quest:
    You actually need to talk to Guards and Not Elder .As responce they will say that they will speak to Elder b:victory

    actually, I've already spoken to the guards on both sides since taking the mission. They don't have any suitable missions either. The only quest option they have is to seek out people in need, not really a quest. Tried trashing the mission again to no avail.

    Can I continue the story quests without doing this mission? Or will this hold up my quest line while bleeding me dry of gold 2000 coins a try?

    Did you do the "An Informant" quest?

    An Informant
    1. Speak to The Elder (433, 886)
    New Teleport Point: City of the Lost
    -Recieve 1 Untamed Elder's Letter
    It takes 1000 gold to go from City of Ethersword to the City of the Lost by teleporter
    2. Report to The Elder of the Untamed (246, 646)
    -Reward (Gold: 600 Exp: 1000 SP: 250 Rep: 2)
    3. Report to The Elder of the Humans (433, 886)
    -Reward (Gold: 600 Exp: 1000 SP: 250 Rep: 2)
    4. Continue on to quest "Message Delivery"

    Message Delivery
    New Teleport Point: City of Plume
    -Recieve 1 Winged Elf Elder's Letter
    1. Speak to The Elder of the Winged Elves (327, 427)
    -Reward (Gold: 600 Exp: 1000 SP: 250 Rep: 2)
    3. Report to The Elder of the Humans (433, 886)
    -Celestone of Heaven/Human/Earth or Celestone Fragments: 1 (Random)
    -Reward (Gold: 600 Exp: 1000 SP: 250 Rep: 2)

    The imformant quest went fine, no problems there.
    I'm not recieving the Winged Elf Elder's letter.
    Human Elder gives me the quest, but no letter received or in quest items.
    Elf Elder just has a silver flag (incomplete mission) and no quests on offer.

    So i figured i'd put this here. I hope someone can help.

    I was waiting a while before doing the mission "an informan", and it seems I waited too long and it disappeared!
    :O I cant even go to City of the lost now.
    AM i screwed?
