Missing an item from mailbox/auction

Recently I have been auctioning a mold and I don't think it has been sold, but the next time I checked neither the mailbox nor the auction house has my mold.. it just suddenly disappeared. What the heck?

    You'll want to submit a ticket for this. Provide as much information as you can, like when you expected the auction to be over, the exact item you put up for auction, and the auction ID number if you have it.

    ugh today I lost 18 venisons in my inventory, it just disappeared when I log on... I sent in 2 tickets since yesterday b:cry

    I think Gm's need to look into this. I know several people ingame who have missing AH items too. ;o

    It says "auction duration reached" or "Auction item won" but theres nothing in the mailbox.

    I'm gonna be doing a lot of AH'ing for the next two weeks so I hope this isn't gonna be a problem. :S

    Yeah, they really need to fix this, but sadly people who lose stuff probably won't get it back.

    hmm interesting enough i didn't get any empty mail. my misty forest ring mold and venison just disappeared. sigh i wonder if my ticket is not being read yet or my college email is filtered against PWI :| it's been more than 24 hours

    It can take a couple days sometimes, and have you checked the junk mail folder (assuming that's what you mean by filtered)?
