Neo-Deity Scrolls?!

Can SOMEONE please tell me how to get these? I'm curios about lunar glade and frost... but I dunno how to get the neo-deity scrolls to open it up...

    Lunar and Frost are too hard.And you dont need the neo-deity notes to come in.To get into lunar i think you need to be level 85(not sure maybe its 90 realy not sure).Some bosses are realy easy just get a tanker and a cleric to do blue bubble, and one to do spam heal.The hard part gets on a realy i mnea REALY BIG BOSS.He one shots 10k Hp.And there is one boss called( not PWI name,Fake PW name) ''Nine Sky Dragon''.At this one you realy dont have chanse.He those 15k dmg on a barb level 150.That abute it.On Froscover didnt do so dont have any info.b:laugh

    LvL 150 barb, huh? well this little 95 barb's got 18.5k HP so even if a lvl 150 existed 15k i imagine wouldn't be that bad of a hit for him to live through....

    Lunar, trying to figure that one out myself.. Frost however you need someone to finish the quest in solo mode (forget the name of it, the one needing each of the Tao, Hsin, etc) then that person can open it in squad.. however every mob gets an AOE so be prepared for full squad wipe outs... many times... best we ever did was got to 2nd boss and that was with 2 90 somethings and 4 80 somethings in squad...

    neo deity scrolls are obtained after the squad mode ( or in it)

    so dont bother with it.

    like dirty_feet just told....

    all the mobs AOE in squad mode, long range aoe.. so forget about it , or be prepared to eat your ice cream.
    I look at all the trollers, and Pvpers.. and know they wouldnt have lasted 30sec on Camelot.

    Rules= Know your enemy (players and NPCs) gives you more chances to survive.

    Did some research, NineSky Dragon is apparently called Drake Fling on this version.

    funny i read Neo-Deity can only be bought with real money in the chinese version i belive, like a boutique item that gives u all kinds of rare drops

    ps: available only in frost and lunar
