Secret?

I think after I used a lucky box, because I sure don't remember picking it up, it said "You got 1 Secret(s)" and then immediately afterward "1 Secret disappeared". Any idea? :/

    same happened to me as well, anyone knows what is up with it?

    I did some research in the database and a bunch of items called Secret popped up (they were all the same and had the same icon), apparently for a quest, and it's supposed to give nothing o.o.
